Youth Fitness Class
Our Youth Fitness Class for School-Aged Children (Ages 8-13) will introduce the basics of physical fitness to create a foundation which will build future speed and agility skills, as well as general fitness. The class will include age-appropriate drills and games.
Youth Ages 7-10: Monday/Wednesday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Youth Ages 10-13: Tuesday/Thursday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm
