Full Description
Our Youth Fitness Class for School-Aged Children (Ages 7- 10 Group A & 10-13 Group B) will introduce the basics of physical fitness to create a foundation which will build speed and agility skills, as well as general fitness. The class will include age-appropriate dills and games.
