No class on 10/31 & the week of Thanksgiving (except for Tuesday, 11/26th make-up day for Halloween) 

Coach Ben has more than twenty years of experience as a coach and trainer, as well as working with children of all ages. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and serves as the Director of Physical Education at the Village of Manlius Summer Playground programs.  For more information, please visit rampagestrength.com


Class Description

Our Youth Fitness Class (Ages 5-14) will introduce the basics of physical fitness to create a foundation which will build future speed and agility skills, as well as general fitness. This class is appropriate for both athletes and “regular kids” alike.  The class will include age-appropriate drills and games, making it a great opportunity for the little ones to burn off some energy and get their wiggles out!  During some sessions, this age group is divided into different time slots,
 which can be seen in the online registration and the PDF below.



Our Adolescent & Elite Fitness Class (Ages 14-18) will include all the basics taught in our Youth Fitness Class plus more! In addition to more advanced speed and agility drills, the Adolescent Fitness Class will include strength training, tailored toward the age and experience level of each child to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants.  Like the Youth Fitness Class, the Adolescent class is excellent for both athletes and “regular kids” alike!
