Message from Mayor Rick Penhall
As the Mayor of the Village of Manlius I wish to welcome you to our community and invite you to become part of the "Manlius Family." Each of our Department Heads are ready and willing to help you with many services they offer, including our Clerk's office, Parks and Recreation Department, Fire Department, Department of Public works, Village Court and our knowledgable Planning and Zoning Boards.

With a population of 4,800 plus residents, Manlius has something to offer to each and everyone. It is a village with proud heritage because of it's rich abundance of services. The quality of life is evident in the Village's safe streets and friendly neighborhoods. The school district is unmatched in its respect for education.

Manlius also offers affordable living choices, renowned health care services, great business opportunities, on-going cultrual activites and commercial growth. We are proud of our Village and the services we offer. We welcome you to the Village of Manlius.
